This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you access or use Prompetitor. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge this policy.

Prompetitor is operated by an overseas-facing developer based in China. We do not offer or intend to offer the service to users located in mainland China.

If you access the service from any other region, you do so at your own discretion and are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful under the laws that apply to you.

These third parties process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We select providers that are appropriate for the function they perform, but we do not control their independent practices.

Depending on your location, we may rely on one or more legal bases to process personal data, including performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

Where local law grants you specific rights, we will honor mandatory requirements applicable to us.

Data that has already been anonymized and incorporated into model optimization, training, analytics, or similar service-improvement processes cannot be identified, retrieved, or deleted from those systems.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or request deletion of certain personal data, or to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

Account-related requests — including access, correction, export, restriction, account deletion, or erasure of data linked to your account — must be submitted by email to contact@tangi.tech. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If your account deletion request is approved and eligible, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, subject to the retention limits described in this policy.

We cannot remove data that has already been anonymized and used in model training, benchmarking, or other service-improvement workflows, because it is no longer reasonably linkable to you.

We will respond within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited where we must retain data for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or permitted anonymized service improvement.

Prompetitor is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by local law.
